Amenities
Amenities are open to all residents during normal hours of operation unless otherwise posted, and are not available for exclusive events. All amenities are for residents and guests only. While visiting the amenities, residents are allowed eight guests per Unit and must accompany them at all times. Please clean up after yourself and shut off any lights. Surveillance cameras are recording at all times.
Clubhouse, Pool, Spa, Fitness Center, Sauna, Recreational Courts, and Pedestrian Gates are access controlled. Please contact the CAM for access information.
📔 Amenity Rules
Gated Entry
New residents must fill out the Gate Registration form to be added to the gate system. The gate system uses one registered phone number per Unit to provide access to residents’ guests. Guests can look up a resident by name, or dial the resident’s directory code, from the gate keypad (far right entrance), and the resident can then open the gate by pressing ⑨ on their registered phone’s keypad after answering the call. All gate control by residents is solely by key fob or remote. Entry codes are not available to residents.
Clubhouse
7 AM — 10 PM
The Clubhouse features comfortable lounge seating, dining/work tables, WiFi, pool table, large TV, kitchenette, and restrooms. Children under 16 are welcome with adult supervision. The lights turn off automatically at 10 PM.
Pool and Spa
8:30 AM — 10 PM
Make a splash! Children under 16 are welcome with adult supervision. Restrooms are located in the pool area. The lights turn off automatically at 10 PM. Please adhere to posted rules. There is no lifeguard on duty.
Tennis, Pickleball, and Basketball
7 AM — 10 PM
The lighted recreational courts support tennis, pickleball, and basketball. The lights turn off automatically at 10 PM, and courts are to be used only for their designated purposes. Children must be accompanied by an adult.
Fitness Center and Sauna
24 / 7
Stay healthy! The Fitness Center is equipped with cardio machines, strength training system, free weights, and a dry-heat Sauna. Children are not permitted to be in the Fitness Center or Sauna.
Playground
Dawn — Dusk
The fenced Playground area features play equipment, deep-mulch ground cover, and a picnic table. Children under 10 are welcome with adult supervision. Use at your own risk.
Car Wash
7 AM — 10 PM
There are two Car Wash stations with water hoses and high-pressure nozzles. A coin-op vacuum is also available for your convenience.
Dog Run
7 AM — 10 PM
The Dog Run offers pets the opportunity to exercise off-leash. Pets must be controlled at all times. Pick up after your pet — a waste station is provided.
New Owners and Residents
Registration is required upon purchasing or leasing a Unit, and whenever there is a change to your registration information.
